We hope you love what you find at Quiet Boho. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items returned worn, used, damaged, or without required tags may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Original shipping charges, including the $5.95 standard shipping fee, are non-refundable.

Opened blind boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened blind boxes may be eligible for return within the standard 14-day return window.

Vintage and Upcycled items may be one-of-a-kind and can show natural signs of age, wear, or previous use.

We will do our best to clearly photograph and describe the condition of each item before purchase.

Vintage + Upcycled items are eligible for return under our standard return policy unless the product listing specifically states Final Sale.

Products clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photos when applicable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
